Deliveries

 

Core Hygiene can offer direct next day delivery on over 20,000 products when orders are placed before 1600. This applies to all products in our facilities supplies range. All other products listed can be delivered within 48hours on our own vehicle subject to stock availability and time of orders being placed. All orders over the value of £75 will be delivered for free, orders under the value of £75 will incur a £7.99 delivery charge. If you do not want to incur a delivery charge you can refer to our delivery schedule to see when one of our own delivery vehicles is in your area. Please contact the office for more information regarding deliveries and charges.

 

Returns

 

If you change your mind and would like to return any products that you have ordered we will be more than happy to do so as long as we are notified within 24hours of goods being delivered and signed for. This also applies to goods that do not meet your satisfaction or are damaged in transfit, contact us immediately and we can arrange for replacements to be sent or arrange a credit and collection of unwanted or damaged items.

 

All goods returned must be unused, in saleable condition, original packaging with no markings or scribbles on. Goods that are returned and do not comply with the above and unfit for resale may still be accepted but not credited for the full amount.

 

Food Products

 

No food products can be accepted as a return unless they have been supplied to you in a deficient or damaged condition. If this if the case please notify us immediately so we can arrange for collection and replacement of goods.

 

Backorders

 

Any item that is out of stock when you place your order will automatically be placed on backorder. You will be notified via email of when you can expect delivery of any items that are on backorder. Should we hear no response to our email we will assume that you are happy to accept delivery of the goods on the date we have specified. If you are not happy with the expected date of delivery for an item on backorder please respond via email and we can arrange to cancel the order and organise a credit, if you are an account customer you will not be invoiced.
