With its raised edges, juices or sauces are kept within the dish, whilst the recessed wooden stand helps keep the sizzler in place - ideal when transporting the sizzler to a table.

To finish, the sizzler also includes a cast iron grabbing tool - the perfect solution for securely transferring the sizzler from the heat to the stand. This also prevents the potential spillage caused by trying to move the searing-hot dish with a tea towel or oven glove.
